Step-by-Step Guide to Machinery Transport
Step 1: Consultation and Booking
Send pickup, drop-off, approximate weight and a photo of the machine and the access (driveway, gate, height). We tell you tilt tray or Hiab, the price, and the earliest slot.
Step 2: Pre-Transport Preparation
We check turning space, ground and overhead wires from your photo. Soft ground, a tight gate or a machine that will not start changes the plan - better to know before the truck is on the road.
Step 3: Safe and Secure Loading
Tilt tray: the deck tilts, the machine drives or winches on, we chain it down.
Hiab: we lift, place on the deck or straight onto the pad, and restrain for the road.
We do not use a separate site crane or forklift for a standard plant shift.
Step 4: Transport and Route Management
Metro and regional WA. We run the route that fits the truck and the load. If something will not fit under a bridge or through a street, we say so at quote stage.
Step 5: Delivery and Unloading
We unload on site the same way we loaded - tilt and drive/winch off, or Hiab lift onto the pad. We do not leave until the machine is where you asked and you are happy.
